Reconnection to running computation and set up computation in development mode

This merge request :

  • allows the re-connection to a computation previously launch, using a JSON file as description (work in development or in execution)
  • provides an easier way to set up the computation server and the singularity image in development mode, with a select widget included in "compute widget"
  • fixes some little errors on messaging system
